A little bit of a mad house, but restaurants regularly have these moments. \u00a0What was great is that everything came together and you could sense the pride in our meal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tri-color Lasagne with Housemade Pasta &amp; Sauces<\/li>\n<li>Vegetarian Tuscan Soup<\/li>\n<li>Mock-Caeser Salad<\/li>\n<li>Tiramisu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_5zLZQgAjADE\/S2yRXH4uZgI\/AAAAAAAAAPg\/uvD9-hjuKL4\/s1600-h\/lasagna%2B001%2Bcrop.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/_5zLZQgAjADE\/S2yRXH4uZgI\/AAAAAAAAAPg\/uvD9-hjuKL4\/s320\/lasagna%2B001%2Bcrop.jpg?w=800\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p>What also came out of it was that first glimmer of hospitality. \u00a0We sent a plate up to our main office and yes, the positive cheers from up there hit home.
