This year is starting out a little quieter than in previous years, but that is not a bad thing. The focus that these students are already showing is admirable.
We start our class each year by asking the students what they want to learn in each of our three key areas: Cooking, Working, & Food. The response we saw most often this round? No, not burgers. Time Management. Once again, teenagers prove they know what they need to learn. The second most frequent response? Fish! We are definitely going to have fun this quarter. It is great to be back!
